• All orders in the continental US ship within 24-48hrs (Mon-Fri) unless specified in the product page.
• If an item ships directly from the manufacturer there may be some delays, we will contact you throughout the process so that you know the exact status of your order.
• Do you live in the West Palm Beach area? FREE in-store pick-up is available at our store location at 11701 Lake Victoria Gardens Ave, Suite 7108, Palm Beach Gardens, FL 33410. Please make sure to contact us at (561) 877-1LUV/(561) 877-1588 for store hours and availability. Choose "Free Local Pick-Up" upon delivery. Please note that you must have a Florida zip code to see the "Free Local Pick-Up" option.

USA Shipping

GreenPath Baby is happy to announce FREE first-class/standard shipping on all orders of $49 or more within the contiguous United States as well as to APO/FPO. We also ship to US Territories, Alaska, and Hawaii. We also ship priority to Puerto Rico.

1. All packages are shipped with a tracking number.
2. Items such as woven wraps or ring slings may be shipped with a signature required upon receipt.
3. Orders $250+ will be shipped with signature required upon receipt.
4. Please note that with standard shipping, your order can take up to 7-10 business days to arrive.

Shipping Times

At GreenPath Baby we want to make sure you receive your orders fast! We ship within 24-48hrs (Mon-Fri), and because of this, it is very hard to cancel your order once it is placed, please make sure to look over everything before submitting your order.

Cancellations & Changes

If for some reason, you do need to change or cancel your order we will work wit you to change it, but this may delay the processing and shipment of your order. Once your order is shipped, we cannot change it in any way. Cancellations will incur a 5% cancellation fee. *Please note that Tula and BumGenius Limited Edition Releases, and pre-orders cannot be cancelled once submitted.

Package Insurance

While not a requirement, we strongly recommend adding insurance to your package. Once your package has been shipped it is our of our hands.

1. You can add package insurance to your cart by clicking here. Choose the amount of your order and insure it. It is worth it to ensure your package to make sure your diapers/carriers arrive safe and sound.
2. Package insurance covers only lost or damaged packages. If your package is insured or sent via priority mail and is stolen or missing from your mailbox you will have to file a police report and contact us immediatly for further instructions.
3. Please note that once your package is maked as "delivered" by USPS/UPS/FedEx, GreenPath Baby is no longer responsible. If you find your package missing after being maked as delivered please make sure to contact your mail carrier, your local post office for further instructions.
